TMZ are reporting that Kate gave birth to Landon at 11:39 AM PT in Florida.
The baby weighed in at 19 3/4 inches, 7 lbs 5 oz.

Michael was apparently with Kate the entire time and even cut the umbilical cord despite the fact she's taken a restraining order out against him in the past.
The former tabloid journalist, Lohan and the baby are all doing well according to their representative.

As well as 26-year-old Lindsay the pair have 19-year-old Ali and two sons: Michael, 26, and Cody, 16.

Lindsay, who has had a tumultuous relationship with her fame-hungry father, is understood to have branded the new pregnancy situation 'awful and disgusting.'

While Kate is said to be in her first trimester, it is believed conception occurred during the time she had a restraining order against Michael, meaning it was illegal for them to spend any time together.
It is unclear if any charges will be pressed for the breach of the order.
However it seems that things are going well between the duo, as Kate was recently spotted fervently reading bridal magazines.

A source close to the stars told US Weekly: 'They've known each other for quite some time, as their paths have crossed off-and-on over the past 20 years.'

Before her marriages, Gilbert was romantically linked to Tom Cruise, John Cusack and Scott Baio, and she dated Rob Lowe for six years.

Timothy, 55, is a father of three, he was previously married to Radha Delmarter and then Jennifer Merwin.
